Remote PossAbilities
Ecosystem Launch

For: Cyd, PossAbilities by Design
From: Kelly Elsworth, DDB Services
Date: 17 July 2026

You've designed the ecosystem — my job is to join the dots and get Remote PossAbilities launch-ready for 31 July.

The Short Version

Everything below should feel familiar

This is based entirely on our conversations and your answers to my questions. If anything's off, shout and we'll adjust before we start.

🗓️ Launch Date

31 July 2026 — fully live, tested, and working.

⚙️ Phase One

Quizzes, Kit, lead magnets, blogs, documentation, testing, and launch-day support. Fixed price: £1,500.

🔜 Phase Two

Dubsado workflows for the six non-Acuity services, invoiced in early August. £350.

📌 Your Side

Ops Hubs and their automations, remaining web pages, and asset creation sit with you.

Anything outside this scope gets quoted before I touch it — no surprises.

Phase One Scope

What I'll Be Doing by 31 July

Five workstreams, all completed and tested before launch day.

1

Quizzes & ScoreApp

Building the RO quiz with its four result journeys, finishing the TPA quiz journeys, and getting ScoreApp fully set up — embedded on the site and talking to Kit and Airtable.

2

Kit

Building the seven quiz-result sequences (four RO, three TPA) with all tagging and triggers, plus scheduling your three newsletter runs across their six-week cycles. You supply the copy — I make it work and test it.

3

Lead Magnets

Formatting the TPA guide, building the video email sequence in Kit, and wiring in the RO resource once we've pinned down what it is. Everything tested from quiz result right through to inbox.

4

Blogs

Getting all RO and TPA posts onto Squarespace with images and SEO in place, and updating publishing dates on existing TPA ones. Bulk approach with a proper quality check on every post.

5

Documentation

Writing up each service journey as we build and test — every entry point, automation and handoff captured, so nothing lives only in our heads.

Phase One Scope

Testing & Launch Day

Before the 31st

Website QA

Checking against the developer's build for any issues before they become launch-day fires.

End-to-end journey walks

Walking every primary journey as a client would — signup through to inbox, every path, every result.

Fix whatever we find

Anything that wobbles gets fixed before launch, not on the morning of.

On the day

I'll be on hand on the 31st for anything that needs attention once the doors open.

Testing squeezed into launch morning isn't testing — it's hoping. Everything functionally complete by Wednesday 29th, so we get two days of proper testing before launch.

Phase Two

Dubsado Workflows — Early August if not possible before

Priced separately so the launch investment stays focused on the launch.

ALIGN

Full Dubsado workflow built from your logic, copy and triggers, then tested properly.

ALIGN Embed

Full Dubsado workflow built from your logic, copy and triggers, then tested properly.

Harmony

Full Dubsado workflow built from your logic, copy and triggers, then tested properly.

Harmony Digital

Full Dubsado workflow built from your logic, copy and triggers, then tested properly.

VIP Day

Full Dubsado workflow built from your logic, copy and triggers, then tested properly.

VIP Retreat

Full Dubsado workflow built from your logic, copy and triggers, then tested properly.

Six workflows, built from your logic, copy and triggers. Invoiced when complete in early August.

What I Need, and When

The 31st Works If…

Everything build-critical is with me by Friday 24th, so week two is finishing and testing rather than starting.

1

Monday 20th

Quiz logic, copy and platform access — day one, first thing.

2

Wednesday 22nd

Kit sequence copy for all seven result journeys.

3

Thursday 23rd

Blog copy, images and SEO metadata.

4

Friday 24th

RO lead magnet defined. All remaining build-critical assets delivered.

5

Tuesday 28th

Everything functionally complete — two clear days of proper testing before launch.

6

Thursday 31st

🚀 Launch day.

If something slips, we decide together — either that piece shifts to phase two, or we re-plan the rest.

How We'll Work

Working Together

Slack throughout

Quick questions, short huddles, fast decisions. You won't be chasing me for updates.

Day one extraction session

We start with a session on Monday 20th to get everything out of your head and onto the screen — quiz logic, sequences, asset locations, access credentials.

Full visibility

You'll always know what's built, what's in progress, and what's waiting on something. No black box.

Documentation as we go

Every journey written up as it's built and tested. Handed over working and understood — nothing locked in someone's head.

Investment
